Customer Registration:
When a customer places his/her first order, the shipping/billing information is remembered. Customers can update their general information at anytime. Your customer's future shopping visits will quicker as they will not need to fill in their shipping/billing information. ShopPal also stores every order your customer has ever placed with your store, allowing an easy reference to past orders and order tracking.
Registration Email Confirmation:
After completing the simple customer registration process, an email containing all important information is sent to the customer. This makes it easier for a customer to print out his/her registration information for safe keeping.
Customer Log In:
When a returning customer enters his/her userid and password, they will have full access to updating their user information, tracking previous orders, and easy checkout for new orders.
Customer Password Retrieval:
If a returning customer can not remember the userid or password information, he/she can have this information sent to the email address associated with the account.
Customer Order Without Registration:
Customers can choose not to register and simply place a one time order.
Order Notification Emails:
