Email Blaster:
When a new customer registers with your ShopPal store, they are given the option to receive email updates. The store administrator can send out mass email blasters to all registered customers to announce new products, sales, etc. Each email is customized to the specific customer with a personalized Dear Firstname Lastname: heading.
Inventory Control:
As soon as a customer completes a purchase in your store, the inventory for the items they purchased are automatically adjusted in the database. When an item quantity reaches 0, ShopPal displays Out of Stock by this item in the store catalog and will not accept further orders for this item.
Customer Order Notification:
Every order is accompanied by an email being sent to the customer confirming the order they just placed. These order notification emails are fully customizable in the store owner administration page. If the customer placed an order choosing check or money order, the order notification email will include the address for the customer to mail payment.
Store Owner Order Notification:
Once an order is placed in your ShopPal store, an email notification is sent to the store administrator to let you know you have a new order. This email is also fully customizable.
Customer Registration Notification:
Once a customer registers with your store, an email notification is sent to the store administrator to let you know you have a new order. This email is also fully customizable.
Order Administration:
The order administration page will display all new orders placed today, and will also allow the store administrator to search for past orders by date, userid, customer name, or customer email address. Once you have shipped the order you can update the order in the administration to include shipping information. This will allow your customer to track the order by logging into their account.
Printer Ready Invoices:
The order administration page allows the store owner to printer formatted invoices for each order. This allows the store owner to include a professional looking invoice with every shipment.
Printer Ready Packing Slips:
The order administration page allows the store owner to printer formatted packing slips for each order. This allows the store owner to include a professional looking invoice with every shipment.
Store Style:
Full control over all color choices in your store.
Store Layout:
Change the layout of your store by moving the featured products, navigation, etc.
Store Logo:
ShopPal allows the store administrator to upload a custom store logo that will appear on the top of all pages in the ShopPal store.
Featured Homepage Products:
ShopPal allows the store administrator to feature up to 12 products on the store homepage. It is as easy as checking the feature on homepage box in the product admin page for the particular item. The store administrator could easily change the featured items in just a few minutes.
Custom Page Editors:
ShopPal comes with a simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) text editor. This simple editor lets the store administrator add custom text, and images to the store homepage, and up to 5 additional custom pages. Text can be altered by size, color, etc.
Custom Images:
Upload up to 15 images to use in the design of your pages.
50 State Sales Tax:
The store administrator can choose to collect sales tax for 1 state or all 50 if necessary. Each state can have a different sales tax percentage and the sales tax will be automatically added according to the customers shipping address.
Unlimited Categories:
ShopPal does not put any restrictions on how many categories can be created.
Unlimited Sub-categories:
ShopPal does not put any restrictions on how many sub-categories can be created under each parent category.
ShopPal will grow with you:
- Small Store: $14.99/month up to 500 products
- Medium Store: $29.99/month 501 to 2000 products
- Large Store: $49.99/month 2001 to 5000 products
HTML descriptions:
ShopPal allows you to use HTML descriptions for your categories, subcategories, and products.
Automatic UPS and USPS Shipping Calculators:
ShopPal comes complete with automatic shipping calculators. The store administrator can choose between 6 different shipping options from U.P.S. and the US Postal Service. The store administrator can give the customer the option to choose between any or the different services or the administrator can choose to have only 1 option.
Custom Shipping Rates:
ShopPal also allows the store administrator to turn off the automatic shipping calculator and use custom shipping rates either by total weight of the order or total price of the order. This allows store administrators to offer free shipping on orders over a specific price, etc.
Multiple images upload per product:
ShopPal allows the store administrator to upload up to 3 images to be displayed with the product in the store catalog.
Automatic Thumbnail Generation:
As a product image is uploaded ShopPal automatically creates a thumbnail image of the product to be displayed in the category page.
Bulk Product Loader:
Add up to 6 products to your store with one form.
Basic Search Engine Submission:
Submit your site to 5 popular search engines with one click.
Traffic Reports:
Get stats how many times each category, subcategory, or product has been visited. This allows you to see where your customers interests lie.
Revenue Reports:
Get detailed revenue reports showing your monthly order totals broken down by pay type and coupon code if applicable.
Top Product Sales Report:
View your top 100 product sales.
Category Image Upload:
ShopPal allows the store administrator to upload an image to be displayed with each category in the store catalog.
Subcategory Image Upload:
ShopPal allows the store administrator to upload an image to be displayed with each subcategory in the store catalog.
Also Recommended Products:
Each product added to the ShopPal store can have an optional "Also recommended Product" associated with it. The Also recommended Product will be displayed to the right of the original product in the product detail page. A good example of this would be if a store was selling cameras they could add film as their recommended product. This will help to increase the average order total.
Item Sales:
A sale price can be added to any product in the store. This will change the display of the product in the store. The original price will be crossed out and the sale price will appear in red.
Thumbnails Optional:
The store administrator can choose to turn off the thumbnails from being displayed in the category page. This will allow for faster loading pages.
"New" Item:
By choosing display "New" next the the product in the product admin page, the store administrator can make the newly added items stand out in the category page.
PayPal Integration:
ShopPal is proud to include PayPal integration for secure checkouts using PayPal. The customer can choose PayPal as the method of payment and ShopPal will seamlessly proceed through our custom PayPal checkout. This allows the store administrator to accept realtime Visa or MasterCard payments without having a merchant account. This is the perfect option for small business owners.
Secure Credit Card Processing: *
ShopPal also allows the store administrator to accept credit cards either for local collection for manual processing or realtime processing through Authorize.net. This feature is only available with the optional SSL server.
Authorize.net Integration:
Integrate your Authorize.net account with ShopPal allowing for real time credit card processing. Requires the optional credit card module for SSL security.
UPS Integration:
Calculate UPS postage in real time using the automatic shipping calculator.
USPS Integration:
Calculate USPS postage in real time using the automatic shipping calculator.
eBay Integration *
ShopPal easily integrates with eBay allowing for product postings using eBay's free Turbo Lister program and eBay auction winners can pay for their items using your ShopPal stores checkout. Read more about this here.
